1. Procurement & Payment Policy
To maintain our high-velocity sourcing model and secure the lowest manufacturer rates for our clients, we operate on a 100% Advance Payment basis.
Order Initiation: Procurement or design work begins only upon receipt of the full invoice amount. Payment Methods: We accept secure transfers via Bank, JazzCash, and Nayapay. No-Credit Model: By eliminating credit overhead, we pass 10 to 15% savings directly to our institutional clients.
2. Data Privacy & Anti-Hijack Policy
Your data and procurement history are treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
Data Ownership: We do not sell or share client lists with third parties. Internal Security: Our new 2026 operational structure ensures that only the Founder has access to sensitive client contact information, protecting your business from unauthorized solicitation.

3. Shipping & Logistics
We specialize in "Twin Cities Speed" for our local partners.
Delivery: Standard stationery orders are delivered within 24–48 hours of payment verification.
Geographic Focus: We prioritize schools and offices in Rawalpindi (Satellite Town, Bahria, DHA) and Islamabad.
Inspection: Every bulk order is personally vetted for quality before it reaches your premises.
4. Returns & Refunds Custom Goods: Branded printing and acetate products are non-refundable once production starts. Stationery: Unopened, original-packaging items can be exchanged within 7 days if they do not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
